Happy Dental offers both partial and full dentures. A removable partial denture or bridge usually comprises replacement teeth attached to a gum-coloured base. The base is connected by a metal framework to hold the denture in place. Partial dentures can be used when there is still at least one remaining natural tooth. Full, or complete, dentures, are needed when all the teeth are missing.
